Pop Ups

From time to time I will be hosting on my own and/or co-costing with fellow colleagues various roving sommelier pop ups. These will include an interesting selection of tastings, events and masterclasses. I also like to host/co-host various pop up restaurants/BYO dinners and events.

At present, here at Roving Sommelier, we are beavering away to finalise more dates and venues and in process of planning events for 2013. Rest assured, the pop ups, wine tastings and events will be fun and informative and your tastebuds will be titillated.

In the past, I have also worked extensively in co-hosting events collaborating with some great people in wonderful venues, including New Zealand wines, top-notch chocolatiers, artisan cheesemongers, amongst other things. The main focus of my activities is to place an emphasis on food and wine matching, understanding tastes and flavours and helping people to make a discovery.

You may also wish to host pop ups and wine tastings of your own? Please don’t hesitate to contact me should you need any further assistance and to enquire about how we may work together. Follow my tweets and updates on Twitter @rovingsommelier

Thank you and happy drinking!

The epicurean odyssey continues…
